Science Fair
Comment to this post with your science project ideas. Give me the rough draft of your problem and how you plan to test it. If I approve of it, I will reply to you and let you know in class. If we need to revise things I will also let you know. An example of what your comment should look like is below. Ideas are due by Friday.

My problem is "Will cola help plants grow?" I want to test this by growing two plants. One I will give water, as the control. The other I will give soda and no water. I will measure how much they grow daily and after two weeks, I will have results I can share.

Using Blogs to help teach
We are going to try something new this trimester to see how well it works. You will be asked to write a digital journal entry on this blog. Click on the comment section and start by writing your name. Then write a paragraph about what you did on your vacation.
Your comment should look something like this

During my vacation, my second child was born. She was born on February 4, 2010. We named her Ruby Francine Reyes after my wife's grandmother (Ruby) and my grandfather (Frank). She was 8 pounds, 7 ounces and 19 inches tall when she was born. She is adorable and is doing well.
